About The Role:
As a Senior Sales Representative, your role will focus on driving customer acquisition for our clients’ products and services. This individual would be working independently in various retail locations and events focusing on customer acquisition to achieve the given objective.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
* Minimum 2 years of sales or relevant customer service experience
* Motivated by achieving and exceed their daily goals
* Brings strong communication skills, multilingual considered an asset but not required
* Demonstrates a confident and charismatic personality
* An active listener looking to consultatively persuade their customers
* Demonstrates a strong image for both Kognitive and its clients
* Willing to travel around various locations within their defined region
* Access to a vehicle and Full G Class Driver’s License are considered an asset, but not required
* Competitive pay structure, On Target Earning of $53,000 up to $70,000
* Corporate Benefits Program after 3 months of employment
