$15 per hour

6 month contract with potential for extension

A great opportunity is available for a Senior Administrative Clerk with an exceptional financial institution for a contract of 6 months. This is an amazing opportunity for an individual looking to get their foot in the door in the finance industry and gain some valuable experience.

What you will be doing in this role!

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the department.

 

Specifically, you will: 

 

  • Review and process of account openings and documents
  • Review and correct any discrepancies related to data input from documentation received.
  • Work closely with Service Team to adjust deficiencies related to account and documents.
  • Perform documentary research and ensure implementation of various procedures.
  • Ensure excellent level of service when responding and solving all enquiries and escalations.
  • Various additional administrative support duties

 

 

What you should ideally bring to this role!

This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong administrative skills. The selected candidate will strive to provide professional and courteous service and support.

 

·         A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role

·         Strong Excel skills

·         Excellent organizational skills 

·         Strong communication skills both oral and written 

·         Proactive with the ability to manage multiple tasks

·         Able to work in high pressure situations, comfortable working as an individual
