For Irving Personal Care, to be based at 200 Harrisville Blvd, Moncton NB

Based in Moncton, NB, this is a fulltime position reporting to the General Manager, this leadership role will have overall responsibility for all logistical operations related to supply and demand, sourcing, production/merchandise planning, inventory management, quality compliance and forecasting based on supply and demand. 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supply Chain vision & modeling through corporate and operations strategy;
  • Contract administration and quality compliance at all points of the supply chain. Requires thorough involvement with procurement, customer service, production & merchandise planning;
  • Play lead role in preparing/developing a state-of-the-art Supply and Operational Planning (S&OP) process;
  • Management of sales & operations planning, through balance of capacity & demand, inventory management through improved forecast process, SKU/complexity reduction as well as defining & monitoring internal service level agreements.  Integrate metrics within the S&OP process to maintain visibility to stakeholders;
  • Preparation & presentation of monthly Executive S&OP information including consumption, reports, risk scenarios.
Successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Diaper Manufacturing Experience 15 years or more;
  • University Degree /and or College or Equivalent – Engineering;
  • In depth exposure to Quality Control, Production Planning;
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and experience engaging and contributing to a wide breadth of business matters;
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and decision making skills;
  • In depth knowledge of inventory management principles, forecasting tools and techniques;
  • High energy and dedication to meeting both external and internal client needs;
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with a solid attention to detail;
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Experience in managing and developing direct reports.
