Job Description

Permanent / Fulltime Opportunity         

Purpose of job: 
Define, develop, document, recommend, and facilitate activities required to establish new  IT processes, and/or facilitate the application of new technologies to support existing IT processes. 


• Assess process requirements; complete research and analysis to determine viable solutions; make recommendations for alternatives and enhancements. 
• Provide technical expertise on available technologies and processes to improve quality, client satisfaction and cost performance. 
• Use appropriate tools to perform problem determination and root cause analysis; illustrate bottlenecks, redundancies, vulnerabilities and opportunities for enhanced efficiency or effectiveness as they relate to IT processes. 
• Identify strengths and weaknesses of existing internal IT processes, methods and tools. Present findings and recommendations to process owners and project teams.
