Reporting to the President, your primary responsibilities include the preparation of tender submissions and overseeing the launching of resources for new landscape contracts.

Your Duties:

§   Proactively research bid opportunities,

§   Cost and source material and sub-contractors required for tender opportunities,

§   Prepare and submit tender submissions within deadlines,

§   Manage relevant construction documents,

§   Manage and coordinate material and sub-contractor resources for each project,

§   Participate in project meetings,

§   Prepare estimates and quotations for contemplated change orders,

§   Processing of all necessary paperwork in support of your duties and internal staff.

Your Qualifications:

§   University degree,

§   At least five (5) years of field experience in landscape construction,

§   Experience in AutoCad and construction software,

§   The ability to interpret landscape architectural and engineering drawings,

§   A thorough understanding of the tendering process,

§   Knowledgeable in Microsoft software applications,

§   A valid DZ driver’s license,

§   A professional and business-like manner,

§   Excellent organizational and planning skills.

Remuneration will be negotiated with the successful candidate.  No relocation costs will be offered.
