As a member of the Customization Services team you will analyze and design complex software specifications based on the business requirements of our clients.
Convert requirements into technical and functional specifications for large complex projects
Provide project estimates
Develop and enhance new and existing applications
Write, test, and deploy code using established standards and procedures
Understand and adhere to specifications
Troubleshoot and maintain existing software according to company standards and procedures
Designs and delivers formal or informal training
Mentor and support other developers
Review deliverables and provide performance feedback
Recommend process and technical improvements
Prepare High Level Estimates (HLEs) for larger projects
Prepare installation documentation
Provide post installation support
Bachelor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Commerce (Major MIS) or appropriate computer science related certificate
6-10 years experience in development
Expertise with the development life-cycle methodologies and best practices
Experience creating and working with specifications
Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
Write solid code quickly with minimal defects
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated leadership skills
Knowledge of one or more object oriented languages (C#, C++, Visual Basic) as well as SQL.
Ability to travel up to 25%
