About the Opportunity

Canadian Springs is currently seeking several full-time Account Executives (Outside Sales) and Area Sales Representatives to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario.

Whether you're a seasoned sales professional or a junior sales representative, bring your passion, drive and hunter mentality to Canadian Springs!

As an Account Executive, you will grow new and existing accounts, with a focus on medium-to-large corporate offices (50+ people). As an Area Sales Representative, you will sell our water and coffee services to smaller offices (4 to 40 people).

Working in an outside capacity within your assigned territory, the roles are fast-paced and dynamic and will suit personable and proactive sales professionals.

Depending on the role, your day-to-day may include (but isn't limited to):

* Cold calling prospective customers
* Identifying and converting high-quality 'preferred' customers to support growth and meet sales targets
* Delivering sales presentations to prospective customers at businesses, trade shows, etc
* Identifying customer needs gap analysis and matching company products and service solutions
* Addressing customer objections and negotiating costing
* Performing customer follow-up and account management

As an Account Executive, you will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of business development and account management experience in an outside sales role. Alternatively, if you have a few years of inside sales experience and the desire to move into outside sales, you could be a great fit for the Area Sales Representative role. Most importantly, you will have superior communication skills and genuinely enjoy the sales process of building a robust pipeline.

Sales is not an easy job but at Canadian Springs, you will have the advantage of working with a great team, nationally recognized brands and high-quality products. You will also be provided with comprehensive in-house and on-the-job training and support to help get you started.

Due to the nature of the role, a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential. Of course, you will be reimbursed for all work-related travel.
