RECEPTIONIST/OFFICE ASSISTANTS NEEDED
Front Line Work Force Inc is now accepting resumes to fill Receptionist/ Office assistants' position with our client.
A suitable candidate has to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in administration.
As the first point of contact, the Receptionist/Admin position is a highly visible role.
You will be answering phones, inputting data, proofreading, taking care of business
Must be punctual, dependable and able to work with minimum supervision;
Deep understanding of how to be discreet and ethical when it comes to business is a must.
This position requires performing occasional clean-up duties in the board room to make sure it's ready for the next meeting.
A perfect candidate for this position is a mature and experienced person, who is very proficient with a MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail and Internet). A successful applicant enjoys working in a fast-paced office setting and is able to multitask, being a great team player and performing efficiently while working alone.
Duties will include:
Answering phone/switchboard, screen phone calls and respond to routine requests for information;
Arrange appointments, receive visitors, and assist in making travel arrangements for personnel;
Receiving and distributing mail, and handling courier deliveries;
Maintain office systems;
Completing clerical duties such as filing, archiving, photocopying and typing;
Produce, copy, collate and bind proposals. Reports;
Update and maintain client contacts, lists, database;
Other general office tasks as required.
Location: Dundas & Runnymede
Shift: Day 8am-5pm
Pay $15.75 to start
