Our client in Oakvillee is immediately hiring for a licensed Millwright/Maintenance Mechanic for a key automotive manufacturer in Mississauga.

If you have 3 or more years experience as a licensed Millwright and have worked in a maintenance role within the auto manufacturing industry we want to hear from you. The position will be responsible for the following scope of work.


Main Duties:

- Complete mechanical and electrical repairs based on plant priorities with minimal downtime

- Keep team leader informed of the status of each project and liaise with other team members to ensure schedules are maintained

- Inspect, repair, assemble, install and conduct preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment

Qualifications

- 3 or more years experience as a licensed Millwright

- Automotive manufacturing experience as part of a maintenance team

- Electrical and PLC knowledge and asset


Shift

Monday to Friday from 6:30am-5pm for 2 weeks and 5pm-3:30am for 2 weeks the shifts continuously rotate

Salary

$50,000-$55,000to start
