Currently our Chemistry laboratory is recruiting one candidate as an Int.-Sr. Client Services Representative in the Edmonton office. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking for a uniquely rewarding and long term opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Serves as the primary lab contact for clientele.
• Provides information and resolves problems regarding test results, sample requirements, pricing, and turnaround time.
• Responds in a professional, timely and considerate manner to both telephone and written
inquiries from internal and external clients.
• Validate and report laboratory results to clients using established protocols.
• Maintains minor accounting duties.
• Other clerical duties as required.
Qualifications:
• Post secondary diploma or university degree related to Chemistry or similar.
• Previous experience (2+ years) related to client service in an environmental chemical laboratory is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills including the ability to deal effectively, pleasantly, and professionally with clients
• Ability to make quick decisions, establish priorities and concentrate on detailed information sometimes under stressful conditions.
• Strong ability to multitask and able to meet reporting deadlines is essential
• Enhanced attention to detail and strong computer skills is required
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization is critical
