We offer a broad range of research and analytical services that incorporate both quantitative and qualitative techniques to solve client issues. Our client base includes a wide range of pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies.


As a Data Analyst, Brand Tracking, you will be a critical interface with our clients in the medical devices space articulating DRG's capabilities and products for their specific business requirements. This will include servicing clients' syndicated subscriptions, supporting ongoing and new projects, and analyzing and interpreting primary market research data to identify market trends and formulate business strategies.


Duties of a Data Analyst, Brand Tracking include but are not limited to the following:

§  Data and trend analysis

§  Maintaining an understanding of important trends and data points in multiple projects, ultimately leading to project ownership and management

§  Reviewing data quality and reporting on data trends

§  Designing and driving project improvement initiatives

§  Market modeling and analysis

§  Managing key DRG clients in the medical device space

§  Business development activities with key DRG clients

§  Speaking with leading medical specialists

§  Presenting research findings to company executives/ investors



§  Undergraduate or Masters degree with a proven record of academic success, preferably in Engineering, Statistics, or Biotechnology

§   Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills

§   Attention to detail and a keen eye for quantitative and qualitative anomalies

§   Proven problem solving skills

§   Advanced analytical skills in MS Excel

§   Strong written and oral communication skills

§   Must be able to communicate complex quantitative ideas to internal and external clients

§   Demonstrated success in working effectively both independently and as part of a team

§   Ability to multitask and prioritize items effectively

§   Excellent research skills demonstrated through the ability to learn new information in a quick and thorough manner

§   Experience with MS Access, SQL, Tableau and Qlikview an asset 

§   Understanding of research methods and statistics (not mandatory, but preferred)

§   Must be able to tackle a variety of incoming tasks ranging in timelines from short-term (a few hours) to long-term (several weeks/months)

§   Proven project management experience (not mandatory, but an asset
