Creative Studio Project Manager: (Cayman Islands)

Our client is a multi-billions real estate investor and developer in Cayman Islands. They have developed more than $1.3 billion in mixed-use, residential, commercial, recreational, educational and hospitality properties throughout the Cayman Islands. Right now, they are actively looking for an experienced Creative Studio Project Manager with good working knowledge in the administration and management of marketing related projects and activities. 


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Senior Manager Creative & Content to ensure effective and efficient management of Studio resources, processes and portfolio of projects 
  • Act as client services liaison on behalf of the Creative Studio 
  • Receive briefs, determining outputs, timings, estimating resource requirements and collecting all content to ensure job requests are complete and issues that may affect deadlines are anticipated and understood by clients 
  • Review briefs that require creative direction with the Senior Manager Creative & Content 
  • Ensure all briefs are dispatched in the studio based on requirements and individual strengths and skills 
  • Review daily work schedules of the creative department 
  • Ensure work is delivered on deadline 
  • Compile studio schedules 
  • Resource management across both freelance and permanent external 3rd party procurement and vendor management 

Experience: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising plus 2 years’ working experience, or a Diploma in marketing, or similar, with 5 years’ working experience 
  • A passion for all things design and creative communications from print to digital and film 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Good organizational skills  
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a busy environment 
  • Ability to motivate a team with a wide variety of skill sets 
  • Client-facing experience (internal) and ability to help develop clear studio briefs 
  • Meticulous attention to detail and possess creative problem-solving skills 
  • Advanced knowledge of industry standard software including Adobe Creative Suite
